He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Umbarger and Emma Umbarger; and his brother Glen Allen Umbarger. He is survived by: his wife Krista Umbarger; his daughter Chasity Puckett; his grandsons, Dominick and Dylan Puckett; and his siblings, Linda Rutledge, Connie Sue Umbarger, Nancy White (Johnny) and Ronnie Umbarger (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
