She was predeceased by: her husband Donald D. Waters; and her siblings, Harley Dulaney and Mary Ellen Stern. She is survived by: her children, Mary Young (Rudy Johnson), Linda Young and David (Jeanette Waters III); and her sister Elizabeth Ramsey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews.
