He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Albert and Lora Langston Throgmartin; and his siblings, Rev. Charles "C. A." Throgmartin, Carl "Hillard" Throgmartin, Leman Throgmartin, Lucille Sutterfield, Thelma Throgmartin and Verna Mae Pollard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Michelle Young (Craig) of Fall Branch, TN and Rebecca Marlene Mowery (Tim) of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren, Caleb Seth Young (Kalyn Wellesley) of Johnson City, TN, Callie Elizabeth Young of Kingsport, TN, Ethan Parker Mowery of Bristol, VA and Elijah Mark Mowery of Bristol, VA; and his siblings, Beulah Davidson (Robert) and Paul Throgmartin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to New Hope Assembly, P.O. Box 27, Pounding Mill, VA 24637 in Rev. Throgmartin's name.
