Hefner, Sr. (Susan), Christopher J. Hefner (Tammy) and Susan L. Johnson; her grandchildren, Brian S. Hefner, Jr. (Cassandra), Meadow A. Knapp, Chase P. Johnson (Chelseia), Bryona N. Johnson and Hayleigh M. Johnson; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Evelyn, Theory, Bentley, Karmyn, Elliana, Xzavyer, Violet, Hayzel and Brynleigh; her siblings, Lonnie Miller, Sarah Brinkley and James Miller (Sandy); and her brother-in-law Ronald Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
