He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamoine Freeze and Marcha Freeze; and his siblings, Alan Freeze and Roberta Kerivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Swenson, Joan Gallegos, Brenda Farrell (Dave), Brent Freeze (Jorgi) and Janeane Howe (Mike); and his sister-in-law Stacey Freeze. He is also survived by many family members including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
