He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H Baxter and Iolanda Anna Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Tanna J Baxter; his children, Becky Sanders (Scott), Leisa Tanner (Jim) and Cowen Dee Baxter; and his siblings, Jim Baxter, Marie Reeder and Karen Taylor. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
