She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Doss and Temper Doss; her husband Buster Perkins; her daughter Janice Gilbert; her siblings, Ruth Melton, Betty Jones, Arcle Doss and Kay Doss; and her great great grandchild Payson Midkiff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Richards of Harrah and Cindy Stuart of Woodruff, Utah.; and her brothers, Neal Doss of San Angelo, Vernon Doss of Broken Arrow and Conway Doss of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
