She is survived by: her husband Jerry Cook; her mother-in-law Carol Cook; her siblings, Linda St (Kenneth), Clair, Roy Cottam and Carol Southworth; her children, Jerie Lynn Dodge (Troy) and Holly Heath (David); her son-in-law Tim Crozier; and also, Judy Chlarson (Ted), Janice Richardson (Jerry L.) and Andy Cook (Cynthia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
