He was predeceased by: his father George; and his brother-in-law Kenton Wayne Shipley. He is survived by: his child Willard; his wife Betty (Betzy); his children, Frances Pebley, Wendy Douglas (Troy) and Rusty; his mother Frances; his child Barlow (Doran); his siblings, Kay C. Shipley, Janet Thompson (Glen) and Dale; and his child Kenneth Bill. He is also survived by Child (Lois) and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
