He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbert Curfew and Julia Ann Anderson; his sisters, Tina, Julie and Cassie; and his brother-in-law Wil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Haley Jo (Clayton), Kendalle, Karli and Kennedy; his grandson Gunnar; his siblings, David and LeiLani (Bryan); his brothers-in-law, Allen and Aron; his aunt Tamara; his children, Trevis Taylor, Sharon, Summer, Sheri, LeiLani, Sarah Booth, Holly, Sami, Zoey, Lexi, Bowdrie and Hadley; and his sister Sarah Booth Remarks (Brandon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
