She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Bird Garrett; and her father-in-law Richard Nebeker. She is survived by: her mother Janeen Parkinson; her husband Kevin Nebeker; her mother-in-law Klea Nebeker; her children, Casey Richard Nebeker (Lindsey) and Rylee Jo Brown (Oliver); her siblings, Ronda Hardy (Keith), Bruce Garrett (Teresa) and Teri Scothern; and her grandchildren, Jack Brown, Emma Brown, Gracey Nebeker and Garret Nebeker.
She was born on December 28, 1958, to Ronald Bird Garrett and Janeen Parkinson.
