He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emmet Warner and Kathleen Gertrude Rex. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Marie Foster; and his children, Charles E. Warner (Lisa), David "Hoot" Warner, Linda Hansen, Charlene Winzler (Sam) and Amber Anderson (E. J.). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
