He is survived by: his spouse Karlene Simonsen; his son Ryan; his friend Sarahn Mund; his child Allyson (Dean); and his siblings, Kaye Petersen (Glen), LaMont Tingey (Lawana) and Jeff Tingey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
