She was predeceased by: her parents, William H Price and Ruby B Loftin Price; her husband Norman D. Bell; her son William David Rathbun; and her son-in-law Kenneth Drake.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Drake and Lisa Michke (Rick); her grandchildren, Kyle, Stephanie, Paul, Collin, Nikki and William; and her caregivers, LaRae and Stan Hoopes. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; very special friends.
