He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Alice Wagstaff Thacker; his wife Colleen McNeil of Francis; and his siblings, LaPrele, Ida, Lela, Lois, Heber, VanNess, Luella, Mae, Floyd, Carma and Lyle.
He is survived by: his children, LaRae Taylor (Larry) of Roosevelt, Duane Thacker (Jackie) of Roosevelt, Jane Rasmussen (Rodney) of Roosevelt, Neil Thacker (Debbie) of Bixby Oklahoma and James Thacker (Becky) of Roosevelt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral is for immediate family only.
