She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Smith and Madena Sarah Merkley Smith; her husband Donald B. Simmons; her grandson Duffy Simmons; her son-in-law Alloin Myore; and her siblings, Bonnie Bates, Clella Smith, Vione Parrish and Chester Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Clay Simmons of Whiterocks, Uleeta Myore of Whiterocks and Karissa Simmons of Whiterocks; and her siblings, LaDeena Christensen, Venita (Hank) and Moana Burton of Ogden, UT. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
