She was predeceased by: her father Keith Rushton; her son David Nelson; and her brother Kelly Rushton. She is survived by: her husband John Nelson; her mother Nancy Rushton; her children, Kimberly Wolfblack, Tammy Nelson and Keven Nelson; her mother-in-law Pearl Nelson; and her son-in-law Royal Wolfblack. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peel Funeral Home (8525 W Magna Main St, Magna, UT 84044). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
