He was predeceased by: his wife Joann G Ondrak; and his daughter Bambi Ondrak. He is survived by: his children, Keven Ondrak (Jodi) of South Carolina, Kyle Ondrak and Tami Sablan. He is also survived by grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
