Boyd Howick and Darlene Andrus; his wife Corinne Howick; his children, Natalie Maafu (Sam), Angie Waggoner (Stacy), Neil Howick (Lindsey) and Victoria Van Horn (Guy); his son-in-law Brian Cruz (Tami); his grandchildren, Chalese (Hosie), Isiah (Mele), Samantha (Mallory), Cody, Steven, Jo, Oakie, Emery, Amelia, Ashley, Elliot, Micah, Benjamin, Caleb, Leah, Tori, Becky, Charlie and Tony; his great grandchild Ruby; his siblings, Sharma May (Jody), Lisa Michials (Allen), Lana Dockter, JanNette Andrus and Marty Andrus (Diane); his stepfather Clyde Andrus; his daughters, Gina Howick and Tamara Cruz; his siblings, Kevin Howick, Danny, George, Bud Andrus, Lory Beal and Tonya Andrus; and his grandparents, Loy B. Smith, Clata Smith (Nana), Walter Stephen Howick and Merl Neff Howick.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McDougal Funeral Home (4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
