He was predeceased by: his father Ailko Vandenhazel; his son Timothy; and his brother-in-law Clint Persaud. He is survived by: his mother Maria Vandenhazel; his wife Anna; his son Glenn (Eleah); his grandson William; and his siblings, Dean Vandenhazel (Nancy), Michelle Bowers (Michael), Kim Vandenhazel (Hollee), Erinn Persaud, Patrick Vandenhazel and Ammon Vandenhazel.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the LDS Chapel- West Valley (2101 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84119). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the LDS Church (2101 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84119). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
