He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Payne and Elma Lavenia Wilcox Payne. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Faye Dunn; and his children, Lonna Anderson (Scott) of Herriman, Utah, Russell, Terrol (Karri) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Boyd (Rachel) of South Jordan, Utah, Jason of Willard, Utah and Lori Owen (Thomas). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
