She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eldred Nielsen and Leah Genevieve Steiner; and her sister Sharon. She is survived by: her brother Brent Nielsen (Janie); and her children, Robert Thayer (Rena) and Connie Whitney (Shane). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
