He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Kenneth Sr.; his brother Neil; and his sons, Scott and Fred (Crystal).
He is survived by: his wife Lana Ruth Roach Perry; his children, Alisha (Larry) and Frank (Kristin); and his sisters, Therese (Blair), Lin and Jennifer (Paul). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
