Joel Reiter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Reiter (West Valley City, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reiter and June Reiter; his brothers, Jay and Jimmy; and his in-laws, William, Ruth Turcsanski and Saber.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Elaine Turcsanski; and his children, Lisa Burrell (Jesse), Christian (Tiffany), Steven (Sammi) and Katharine. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and thousands of friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Valley View Funeral Home (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
