She is survived by: her husband Lewis Chavez; her sons, Lewis Chavez, Nathan Chavez (Jaimie) and Nicholas Chavez (Kelsey); her nephew Paul Johnson; her siblings, Debrah Gill (Craig), Jeanie (Walt) and Lonnie Yeaman (Gail); and her grandchildren, Anthony (Angel), Taven, Jayden, Julian, Jakovi, Anniston and Emme. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
