He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Emery Webb and Annis Lydia Martineau. He is survived by: his wife Louise Holder; and his children, Dean (Colleen), Duane, Janalee (Scott) and Jeff (Brandi). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers he has requested donating to the General Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
