He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Carney; his children, Kristy Rushton (Scott), Duane Hawker Jr., Kelly Romero (Tony) and Jordan Nielsen; and his siblings, Steven Hawker (Clara), Barbara Harrington (Jeff), Craig Hawker (Brit), Kyle Hawker and LeAnn Magera. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
