It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Johnson (West Valley City, Utah), who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Duane departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Duane may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Duane leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Elbert Johnson and Irene Johnson; and his siblings, Belva Johnson, Eilene Thompson (Fred), Norma Johnson and Farrell Johnson (Candy).

He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; and his children, Jamie Johnson (Amber), Tammy Porter (Jeremy), Chris Johnson and Lisa Johnson. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
