She was predeceased by: her father Duane Orr; her brother Daniel Orr (Heather); and her nephews, Colin Abraham and Milo Myers. She is survived by: her mother Lupe Orr; and her siblings, Duane David Orr (Helen), Dale Orr (Teri), Dianne Orr, Darla Hawks (Jim), Dean Orr (Debbie), DeLyn Garrison (Brent), Dayna Abraham (Michael) and Dawn Foutz (Jeff).
Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (6567 S Wakefield Way, West Jordan, UT 84081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Valley View Memorial Park (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
Following her diagnosis of early-onset Alzheimer's at the age of 40, Debbie's journey led her from Utah to Pennsylvania and back again, cared for lovingly by her siblings.
