He is survived by: his mother Lois Ervin; his siblings, Dave (Janine), Doug (Cheryl) and Diane; his sisters-in-law, Julie and Leslie; his children, Brandi, Cody Frandsen, Loree, Cory Fowlks, Matt and Susan Ervin; and his grandchildren, Boston Frandsen, Brityn Frandsen, Oaklie Frandsen, Kenley Fowlks, Kimball Fowlks and Oliver Ervin.
