He is survived by: his parents, Harold Arthur Draper and Idell Kump; and his children, Vicky Strong (Ken), Kathy Bowers (Blaine), Kerry Snyder (Rod), Debbi Cheney (Steven) and Michelle LeBaron (Brian). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
