He is survived by: his friend Donna Jean Gadd Basta; his children, Dan (Clair) of Riverton, UT, Ken (Linda) of Fort Collins, CO and Rochelle Meyer (Vern) of Payson, UT.; his brother Clare Rager (Mary Agnes) of Sandy, UT.; and his caregiver Paul.
