He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Burr (Hunt). He is survived by: his father G. Thomas Burr; his close friends, Robert, Gary and James; his wife Alicia Ramsay; his children, Thomas James (Alyscia), Morgan Gary (Tricia), Kalin Ramsay and Elece Sharon Burr; his grandchild Football; his pet Maggie; his siblings, Kevin Burr (Brenda), Bradley Burr (Cyndi), Conae Black (Jeff) and Shalia Moses (Lance); the mother of his children Alicia L. Burr; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Ellie, Maxton, Oliver and Eliza. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
