He is survived by: his wife Althea Mae Foster; his children, Kathy Squires (Chris), Tonya Prawitt (Greg), Tony Hazis (Brooke), Cynthea Sandoval (Andy) and Elizabeth Martinez (Marcus); and his siblings, Steve Hazis and Lola Lees (Gary). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
