He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanne Milner. He is survived by: his father Repert Milner; his sons, Keegan and Shaun Milner; and his sister Dana Cary.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
