He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Ellen Hatfield and Clark L. Johnson; his daughter Sara Deitrich; and his sister Janet. He is survived by: his wife Gail L. Johnson; his children, Anthony Johnson (Caroline), Erik Johnson, Nicholas Johnson (Amy), Joseph Johnson, Lucas Johnson (Corinne) and Michele Christiansen Forster (Daniel); his niece Stacey Frattarole; and his nephews, Jared Savage and Damon Savage. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oquirrh 4th Ward (5208 W Cyclamen Cv, West Jordan, UT 84081). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
