He was predeceased by: his parents, Valene Kofoed and David Alvin Winter; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Tara Jaid Winter (Metters), Jacob David Winter and Joshua Robert Winter; his wife Jodi Joy; and his sisters, Shauna Washburn and Mitsi Roberts.
