She was predeceased by: her sister Esperanza Medina; and her father Ezequiel Medina. She is survived by: her mother Luisa; her husband Ringo; her siblings, Elena, Mireya, Alicia, Luis and Alexis; and her children, Francys Tobler, Bianca Andrews, Nelsy Frandina Woodbury and Erick Delgado. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.

“So sad to learn we lost our sweet Nelsy! I had the privilege to serve with her in the West Jordan Mountain View Stake Relief Society Presidency for several years. She was such a light to all around her. She always made whomever she was talking to feel like they were truly special. It was so real and inspiring. She is one of my favorite people in all the world. I moved away a year ago but knowing she’s no longer here with us, seem to dim this worlds light! She’si so loving, kind, & real.”
