He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Draper and Wanda Peck Draper; and his sisters, Shauna McNeill and Cheryl Hickenlooper. He is survived by: his wife Terry Draper; and his children, Raelyn Park (Russell), Cystalee Draper, Laura Draper, Jaron Draper (Kellianne), Brian Draper (Amber), Nathan Draper (Linsie) and CJ Draper (Britanie). He is also survived by grandchildren.
