He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold and Shirley; and his sister Denise. He is survived by: his brothers, Dan and Carl; his children, Crystal, Tiffany, John and Travis; his son-in-law Stephen; and his former wife Karla. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
