She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Merle and Lillian Pearson Bagley; and her brothers, Donald and Michael. She is survived by: her son Matt; her husband Brian Cook; her sons, John, Don (Erin Farrer) and Kevin (Sara); her grandchildren, Lily, Stacey, Brian (Bubba Lou), Russell (Rusty) and Lillian (Phyl); and her siblings, Dona Dryden, David Bagley, Colleen Breeze and Gary Bagley (Tamie).
