He is survived by: his mother Valeen Hofeltz Trujillo; his sister Tamie Levine; his children, Nicole Woolsey, Eric Egbert and Whitney Porter; his grandchildren, Zachary Van Tassell, Zoie Woolsey and Jayce Porter; his brother-in-law Art Lavine; his uncle Larry Dean Hofletz; his wife Jerry Egbert; and his stepsons, Austin Martindale and Bradley Martindale. He is also survived by his family and friends.
