He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford R Decker and June Shurtleff Strong Decker; his siblings, Joe Strong and Patricia Dailey; and his brothers-in-law, Pete VanLieshout and Jim Dailey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lawrence Strong (Bess) of Allendale and Anita Strong VanLieshout of West Jordan, Utah. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
