With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Donna Barela (West Jordan, Utah), born in Montrose, Colorado, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Ulibarri and Rita Cordova; and her husband Rudolph Barela. She is survived by: her family, Rudy, Steve and Pam; her children, Rudy (David), Steve (Cathy) and Pam Evans; her grandchildren, Barela, Valerie, Sharee, Amber, Ashley, Tara, Kierstyn and Daxton; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Gracee, Averee, Carter, Sam, Oliver and Mack; and her siblings, Louise Medina, Steve Ulibarri and Ernie Ulibarri. She is also survived by numerous Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and adopted family.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
