He is survived by: his parents, Newell Ralph (Newell) and Jackie Lynn Knight; his friend Dale; his significant other Jackie; his children, Nick (Tawine), Shantell (Justen) and Heather; and his sister Kasey. He is also survived by His 10 Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers we are asking to donate to the University of Utah Cardiovascular ICU in Jeff's Name.
