He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Clark and Edris Clark; his brother Larry Clark; his nieces, Michelle and Kimberly (Carolyn Clark); his great-niece Margaret Elizabeth; his great-nephew Justin Clark; and his granddaughter Amie Issom.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn; and his children, Jan Arterburn (Rich), LeeAnn Turpin Terry Clark (Fred) and Todd Clark (Tara). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
