He was predeceased by: his parents, Wells Smith and Isabell Allen Collard; his wife Donna Linnea Fornelius; and his brothers, Gale and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Evans (Craig), Tammy Taylor (Bruce) and Roger Collard (Lani); his grandchildren, Tracy Jones (Jeremy), Tyler Evans (Kristen), Ryan Kiniry, Karly Chavez (Alex), Clint Collard and McCall Shipley; his great grandchildren, Carson, Colton, Camden, Makayla, Caden, Brynnli, Kenzee, Mason and Preston; and his siblings, Rodney Collard, Connie Rogers, Juanita Werrett (David), Bill Collard and Larry Collard (Vicki).
