Crystal left this world on February 23, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Heath and Norma Heath; and her sister Shirley Garner (Michael Madsen). She is survived by: her children, Tracy Madsen (Marianne), Angela Guevara (Brian), Cory Madsen (Alicia), Tiffany Hoffman (Jeff), Mindy Henderson (Jared) and Brittany Koller (Ryan); and her siblings, Maxilynn Frandsen and Doug Heath. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jenkins-Soffe South Valley (1007 West South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, UT 84095). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the West Jordan City Cemetery (7925 S 1300 W, West Jordan, UT 84088).
