She is survived by: her husband Richard LeRoy DeLand; her children, Kathleen Peterson (Doug), Steven (Stacey), Karen Bruening (Merlin), Ronald, Brent and Jennifer Rowland (Jeff); her stepmother Barbara Whitaker; and her half-brothers, Keith Whitaker (Candy) and Kent Whitaker (Tammy). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
