He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Wadsworth and Louida Osborne Wadsworth; and his siblings, Lawerence D, William "Bud", Lester Lee, Leonard "Patrick" and Sharon Begay.
He is survived by: his daughter Britney Sandau; his former wife Christina; his children, Jake Wadsworth, Tricia Wadsworth, Stephanie Wadsworth and Sean Wadsworth; his siblings, Jesse James (Bev) of Gibson, Danny (Shirley) of Fort Hall, Bonnie WW of Blackfoot, Mary Teton (Clarence) of Lincoln Creek, Steven (Colleen) of Gibson, Timothy (Rachael) of Fort Hall and Tammy Evans (Kash) of Blackfoot; and his grandchildren, Seth and Zayne Wilcox.
